If you're familiar with Tibia's Exaltation Forge, our is not very different. Here are a few aspects that are unique to our implementation:
Every time you attempt to fuse an item and fail to do so, you accumulate some extra luck for that specific item and tier combination. For example: if you fail to fuse two tier 0 Blue Robes, next time you try to fuse two tier 0 Blue Robes your chance of success will be increased. If you try to fuse tier 1 Blue Robes, or any other item, any other tier, your chance will be the standard one.
Due to client limitations, the chance shown on the Forge window will remain the same, but you'll get a message in Server Info with you effective chance once you attempt a fusion.

Default Ruse and Momentum are good buffs, but Onslaught leaves a bit to be desired. We have the following improved bonuses:
